Training is the process of learning a skill, which is required for a particular performance or activity.
The point of training is to make a positive change in performance. That positive change happens when we have commitment and continuity in learning.
It is very important that the coach, at an early age, explains to young athletes that there are no failures in sports, but that there are – attempts and corrections, which turn into success through training.
By training in sports and other areas of life, we create a “code” of success.
